CANDY???

Let me just settle back to my immature side for a few minutes and tell you about something that I loved since the day I was born.

Candy.

Now, I know this may seem like a strange subject to randomly jump into out of the blue, but right now it’s something that I just can’t stop dreaming of. I’m going to list all my favorite top candy confections. This list is dangerously delicious. You have been warned.

#1 Snickers

These chocolatey, nougaty, peanut-filled delights are definitely the clear winner. They have been craved by my pallette on more than one occasion. The chocolate just mixes in with the nougat and makes this delicious combination that no one else in the world could’ve created but the Mars company. So good and definitely my favorite candy bar.

#2 White Chocolate Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

SO GOOD. I’m the only one in my whole family that appreciates the delciousness of white chocolate. Everyone else finds no joy in it’s smooth creamy texture. But it is by far my favorite Reese’s creation. Call me crazy, but until you’ve tasted it, your argument is invalid.

#3 Tropical Skittles

The best Skittles flavour. Who cares about original? These babies are an original of their own. Every flavour is better than the last and they all create a new tropical sensation in your mouth. Especially when combined.

#4 PayDay

The sweet and salty combination has always been a favorite of mine. And this candy bar is NO exception. It’s tasty, crunchy, and caramely. The three ingredients of perfection in any candy.

#5 100 Grand

This is a candy bar that I have probably underrated completely. But that is only because I haven’t had one in so long! I haven’t seen one in such a long time. But that’s because I haven’t been looking. I will say however the last time I did have one, it was a crispy caramel explosion. And it was magical. And apparently according to the bar above, also 30% less fat. Fat free FTW.

#6 Peanut M&Ms

Chocolate and peanuts will forever be best friends. These M&Ms are probably my favorite of all the different combinations they’ve attempted. They stand out among the peanut butter, pretzel, original, and coconut ones they’ve created. They rule. That’s right.

#7 Runts

These were always a favorite of mine when I was little. Of course the flavours that have been included have been changed about five million times. The flavours they have so far incorporated include: banana, orange, strawberry, cherry, lime, watermelon, blue raspberry, mango, pineapple, grape, green apple, and lemon. So basically every fruit under the sun. But I will say (with the exception of mango) I loved every one they ever made. But I really wish they would bring lime and cherry back. Please.

#8 Butterfinger

The flaky, soft goodness of this bar has no bounds. It’s my mom’s favorite candy of all time, but it has a different place in my heart. But it’s up there. And so delicious. I will say that this is probably one of the more craved candy bars on this list. There’s just something about it….

#9 Heath Bar

If you have never tasted a Heath bar in your lifetime you have not lived. The toffee is one of the most buttery and fine tastes I’ve ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Now I command you to go buy one. Now.

#10 Jelly Bellies

These are a traditional favorite of many people I’m sure. There are some flavours that people love and then others that people don’t love quite as much…My personal favorite flavour would have to be French Vanilla. But that’s just me. Of course there are hundreds of other flavours out there that I have yet to try.

#11 Swedish Fish

Most people don’t find these little guys to be that good, but I’m find them extra tasty. They have such an interesting texture and flavour to them it’s hard not to love them. Especially the red ones. Let’s not be hating on the fish please.

So the next time you go shopping and you are waiting in an endlessly long line at           Wal-mart, take the time the look through the candy that’s offered at the register. Maybe it’s time to try something new. Believe me, it’s always fun to sample something different. Except do NOT under any circumstances buy the Zero bar. They are horrible.
